Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose &
Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide support to the Human Resources Department in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent in alignment with Dynamic Recycling's recruitment process for all locations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist focuses on creating a positive and engaging experience for all applicants while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Reviewing employment applications & resumes.
Identifying qualified applicants.
Working with the hiring team to schedule interviews.
Conducting pre-employment phone screens and in-person interviews.
Scheduling and monitoring pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
Creating and presenting approved employment offers.
Assisting new hires through the onboarding experience.
Conducting reference checks.
Identifying appropriate recruiting channels and representing Dynamic Recycling at recruiting events.
Analyzing and making recommendations for applicant sources.
Acting as the liaison between company management and temporary staffing agencies.
Providing support to the Human Resources Team with special projects.

Requirements:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field plus 6 months experience in customer service, sales, or Human Resources position required.

Occasional travel required.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in high volume hiring capacity. Affirmative Action compliance. Knowledge of recruiting technique.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
