Qualifications:
High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior, and appearance Communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service with the ability to speak clearly and distinctly Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships Prioritize, organize, problem solve, and meet deadlines and goals Strong leadership skills Deal with emergencies calmly and effectively High School diploma or equivalent Intermediate computer skills One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position Ability to live Walker Methodist's customer service principles Ability to embrace Walker Methodist's mission:
