The right person will have a winning smile and an engaging personality to cheerfully answer our phones and skillfully manage our appointment book.
This candidate must be computer savvy, be dedicated to detail and follow-up, and be able to multi-task.
Dental office experience is a plus.
Hours are 7:
30-5:
00, M-F.
Summary of Job
Responsibilities:
Greet current or prospective patients in person and over the phone.
Check patients in and out.
Schedule patient appointments using OMS Vision software.
Schedule hospital surgeries.
Organize daily schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness of the patient data.
Collect and retrieve patient payments.
Type letters Process referrals Manage the office email account.
Other office related duties.
