Need to have sense of urgency and ability to handle busy, fast-paced work environment.
Introduce daily specials and take detailed orders for kitchen preparation.
Support and help fellow wait staff and bartenders as needed.
Will need to make and serve cocktails as well.
Previous customer service or serving experience preferred.
