We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team.
As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe environment in various facilities.
This is a vital role in our organization as you will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients and visitors.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers - Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed Note:
All positions must be paid including internship positions.
