Altra's Loan Servicing Department is looking to fill a Loan Servicing Intern position to provide support and gain exposure to core Loan Servicing functionsIn this position, you will:
Build and maintain relationships with sales, underwriting, processing, and closing staff Assist with loan modifications, catching any errors that could take place, problem solve and resolve any issues with those loans that may arise Assist with tasks related to titling, including lien perfection and lien releases Perform basic file maintenance on member files Provide loan documentation to members as requested The Loan Servicing Intern position is a part-time temporary position; 20-hours per week during school semesters / 40-hours per week in the summerMonday through Friday with hours and days based on the candidate's schedule of availabilityThe internship will run for twelve (12) months, depending on the workload needs and hours of availability of the studentThere is potential to renew the internship for an additional year with mutual consentThis internship will take place at Altra's Operations Center in Onalaska, WITo be considered for the Loan Servicing Intern position, you are required to have a High School diploma, GED/HSED and must be a current student pursuing a technical or university degree for consideration into the internship programFinance, Accounting, or Business Management majors preferredAltra would prefer you have a minimum one (1) year of office, financial institution, or customer service experiencePay and
