Previous experience and knowledge is required.
Current window/door experience is preferred.
This is a full-time position requiring excellent customer service, sales, detail-oriented, problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, and strong communication skills This sales position is responsible for meeting with customers and contractors, taking sales orders, taking calls, preparing quotes, and providing overall customer service.
The ideal team member will have the ability and knowledge to calculate estimates for house packages, decks, garages, post frame buildings, etc Assisting customers with product inquires Prospect, maintain, and grow a contractor customer list Generate estimates, take-offs from drawings, and sales orders Learn and use product knowledge to be an effective salesperson for our company Apply current and useful sales processes to sell and service the growing customer base Working with other sales team members to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner Create sales orders and purchase orders using the POS system accurately Maintain excellent communication with other team members and management Perform other duties as assigned Hours:
8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and one Saturday per month.
