Grill Restaurant Havenwood of Onalaska Managed by Walker Methodist seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant (RA) to provide hands-on personal care to meet each resident's needs according to their individual care plan and under the direction of a nurse.
Available Schedule:
PRN (per diem)- requirement 16 hours a month, with additional pick hours availableMinimum
Qualifications:
Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships Previous experience in healthcare environment Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems Ability to work independently to meet individual client needs High school diploma or equivalent Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer Recommended Skills Curiosity Health Care Receptive Self Motivation Well Being And Personal Care Electronic Medical Record Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
