This is a 3-week scanning and filing project with flexible hours.

Up to 24 hours per week between the hours of 8AM-4PM Duration:

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scanning and digitally filing important and confidential documents, contributing to the organization's efforts to enhance our document management system.
Key
Responsibilities:
Scan and convert physical documents into digital format using scanning equipment and software.
Organize scanned files into appropriate folders and directories within the document management system.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of scanned documents, making adjustments as needed.
Assist in the proper categorization and tagging of digital files for easy retrieval.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the scanning and filing process.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with document scanning software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational skills to effectively manage digital files and directories.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Prior experience with document scanning or basic office tasks is a plus.
